INTERIOR DESIGN PHASES

1 - Concept Design

Establishing the image concept and design direction for the interior spaces of a project.

The following are provided:

• Space planning

• Overall concept direction

• Design concepts with mood boards for interior and atmosphere

• Concept mood boards for materials and furniture

2 - Schematic Design

This phase develops the Concept Design to create a seamless design.

The following are provided:

• Layout plans

• 3D CGI perspective renderings

• Preliminary colour references and material boards

• Interior finishes for walls, floors, ceiling ect

• Preliminary furniture selections

3 - Design Development

The focus is on transforming the Schematic Design into a more technical form through drawings, with sufficient information to proceed to tender.

The following are provided:

• Updated layout plans

• Updated 3D CGI perspective renderings

• Material specification schedules

• Elevations and sections

• Furniture specifications

• FF&E specifications

4 - Detailed Design

All previous phases are consolidate into a full package of informations, including full material specs, furniture specs, artwork specs, sanitary specs, interior and detailed technical drawings.

Coordination with other consultants involved is fully maintained throughout all these stages.
